Rome Day 9

Our study into the Baroque period began today.  I have been looking forward to this for a long time.  I love Bernini’s sculptures his ability to translate surface textures into marble was unprecedented and a major breakthrough in his time.  Even by today’s standards he is genius in his sculpting abilities.
